As I explored the interior of an abandoned mental hospital in New York State I came upon this open area adjacent to some shower stalls where they hosed some of the more difficult residents down to be cleaned. A large window with light beaming in revealed the writing on the wall "killer behind you" and "look out!"

This was a large gothic styled building with at least 11 floors. This scene was somewhere in the upper levels of the building.
