As I was roaming the eerily quiet corridors of this abandoned asylum , peering into each room with angst and trepidation I saw this unusually peaceful scene. I had imagined someone would lock themselves into this room and sit in the chair by the lamp...gathering their thoughts or temporarily removing themselves from a place they rather not be.
